maha=big, big heatred, jana=people,
patiyache=has opened/uncovered, nama=holy name, -hatta=market, jivera=for the people (conditioned souls), karana=deliverance (1)

In the land of Nadiya, on the island of Godruma, the magnanimous Nityananda Prabhu has opened a marketplace of the holy name for the deliverance of all fallen souls.

prabhura ajnaya, bhai, magi ei bhiksha
bala krishna, bhaja krishna, kara krishna-siksha (2)

(shraddhavan=faithful, jana=people, he=a way of calling, like he Krsna, shraddhavan jana he)
prabhura=by Mahaprabhu, ajnaya=order, bhai=brother, magi=ask, ei=this, bhiksha=alms, bala=say/chant, krishna, bhaja=worship Krishna, kara=take/follow, Krishna-siksha=Krishna's teaching's (2)

There He calls out, “O men of faith, by the order of Shri Gauranga, O brothers, I beg this one request: Chant ‘Krishna!’ Serve and worship Krishna, and follow His teachings.

aparadha-shunya ha’ye laha krishna-nama
krishna mata, krishna pita, krishna dhana-prana (3)

aparadha=offences, shunya=devoid of, ha’ye=by being, laha=take/chant krishna-nama, krishna mata= Krishna is mother, krishna pita=Krishna is father, krishna dhana=Krishna is treasure, -prana=and life (3)

“Being free of offense, chant the holy name of Krishna. Krishna is our mother, our father and the treasure of our life.






krishnera samsara kara chadi’ anacara
jive daya, krishna-nama - sarva-dharma-sara (4)

krishnera=Krishna's, samsara=world of relatives, kara=be part of, chadi’=shuning/giving up, anacara=sinful behavior
jive=for the jiva, daya=compassion, krishna-nama=Krishna's name, - sarva=all,-dharma=religions,-sara=essence (4)

“Carry on your worldly duties but in relation to Krishna, and give up sinful behavior. Show compassion to all fallen souls by loudly chanting the holy name of Krshna – this is the essence of all forms of religion
