ei=this, bara=time,karuna=mercy, kara=give,do, gosai=one who has controlled his senses, patita=fallen, pavana=purifier, toma=You, vine=except, keha=nobody, nai=does not exist,

Vaishnava Gosai, please give me your mercy this time! You are patita-pavana, purifier of the fallen. There is no one except you to save us!
